This product requires post-processing.
Refund and exchange policy
The exchange and return period must be requested within 7 days from the actual receipt of the product.
Exchange and return requests can be submitted via ditostudio23@gmail.com and through the Contact tab.
All products undergo a final QC inspection before shipping and are securely packaged, so damages during transit are not grounds for exchange or return (damage waiver agreement).
If there is a defect in product quality, please provide photos of the relevant part, and if accepted, the process will proceed.
Small bubbles or scratches may occur due to the casting method.
Parts that can only be made through 3D printing may have fine support marks (which are not visible in the final appearance Or they can disappear with slight processing.)
For painted works, minor painting errors may occur.
Minor scratches, common defects from the production process, and simple creases in the manual or box are not grounds for exchange/return.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are not available for limited edition items.
Black spots, stripes, etc., do not affect the casting quality or hardness.
